Mama Says Poetry Slam a Success!
Quite a few people read their poetry at the Mama Says Poetry Slam the day before Mother's Day. There was beautiful, touching, funny, and thought-provoking poetry by many poets. The winners of the slam were the youngest and oldest of the day: Eliana, age 7 and Maxine, age 81.
Thanks to everyone who came and made the day a success!
